A carbohydrate addict is basically someone who can't controll their eating habits, especially when it comes to carbs. Sometimes they have absolutely no controll over their actions hence the carbohydrate addicts diet. Some addicts spend their entire lives enduring the pain, shame and misery that comes with being an addict.
